Did I lose it permanently or there is a way for me to recover the bag? Also, you may want to change your email password. I haven't changed my password on GW2 yet, but other games require email confirmation to change the address. Basically they will ask you for whatever information you can provide: A character on the account, the world your characters were on, the four numbers that come after your username, or even the credit card you purchased the game with.
